We are aware of ongoing intermittent availability with our primary game control panel. This affects clients' ability to manage their game servers, however does not affect the game servers themselves (servers that are on will stay on, those that are off will stay off, etc.).

We are working diligently to return that service to our 100% uptime standard and are actively engaging datacenter support each time it goes down. We are alerted via an outside service on the up/down status of our systems, as well as other details.

We appreciate your patience.

Initial Status:

Earlier today we were made aware that our game control panel is offline. This does not affect any game servers, except you will be unable to control them until the outage is resolved. 

Currently, we do not have an ETA for resolution as it appears to be an issue at the datacenter. We are actively engaged in support operations with them, and will restore service as soon as possible.

We are aware of an issue affecting clients' ability to sign in to their game control panel from the client area login button. As a temporary workaround, you can manually access the control panel from the Panel link at the very top of our website, or from https://panel.psg-hosting.com. Use the email you signed up with and your game control panel password (this is different from your client area password).
